You're driving me nuts with your quick verdicts, "opinions"
and false statements. After some of your proven 100% wrong statements
you'd better be careful of what you're spreading.1. Tone-color is nothing bad! A color - a set of harmonics - makes
an instruments sounding like an instrument.
Presenting a color and a character (micro details) is a great thing.
2. Killing harmonics is a bad thing
3. Changing harmonics is a bad thing
4. Hiding micro details in noise floor or jitter is a bad thing.5. Moode is not a LMS based system. It's a MPD based system, as Volumio
and Rune.
As an extra feature (option) it offers squeezelite being a part of the
Squeeze universe.
6. Just swapping SD-cards and hoping for best sound doesn't work!
Every system requires this or that adjustment (requiring at least a little knowledge) to sound best.
And with all your intelligence and memory, I'm surprised that you can recall your experience with a "crap" squeezebox years back and use that as argument for your weird opinions.Just think and verify first before hitting the keyboard!
THX.
