How readable is your schematic?

If you've got all the voltages its easy enough to calculate the currents. For example, the current of the filament winding can be sorted by looking up the tube types and seeing what they are rated for. I would then rate the windings to have at least 20% greater current.

For the DC outputs its a bit trickier since you have to calculate the voltage rise due to the capacitances involved. Again its a good idea to over rate the high voltage windings so that the transformer will survive; if you're going to have a reliability problem its probably going to start with the high voltage windings.
