It looks like a bunch of old electrolytic caps can be replaced with newer electrolytics. The Metal Oxide resistors could be replaced with Mills wirewounds.

Alternatively, it would take 5 minutes to touch up the solder connections on the tube sockets and be done with it. It is literally and almost free fix. Otherwise you have to disassemble the entire unit to get to the other side of the circuit board.
