This is not likely to be a good fit. You need a throat size matched to the rear cone of a Lowther driver, not likely to be the same size as a JBL 15 inch driver front loaded. Most likely, the JBL has a much larger throat. The only hope would be to lengthen the JBL horn until a reasonable throat match is found. Lowthers seem to like somewhere around 70 cm2, although some designs are as large as 140 cm2 or so. A smaller throat at the same flare frequency will result in a longer horn of course.
