I just dis-assembled a pair of Altec Magnificents to repurpose for my 604s. What I found very effective to is get a steel handled putty knife, put a bit of a sharp edge on it, and carefully drive it down between the baffle and the support piece (blade face flat to the face of the baffle). The glue on mine was remarkable strong, but if you are careful, and move methodically along from one end to the other (slowly), you can probably remove it fairly well.
