I've never sent anything back just because I didn't like it. I've only returned items if they were defective or had some sort of problem. This is because I like to buy brand new components that haven't been used by others. Those Bluetooth headphones I recently bought had definitely been used by someone else, but I probably would not have sent them back had they not also been defective.
