Looking them up as I'm unfamiliar with most planars, one thing for sure is they look better built than the Lamda Stax models of old. Though it does looks like the L007mk2s look to be made with better materials. I'll have to give your planar choice at try if I see them at a show, the price is certainly more agreeable than the Stax 007 or 009 models.
