inside of the ears are really super sensitive.. Just most folks never paid attention..

Some dope heads 'discover' their ear canals, and never can stop being super aware of them. And they can drive one crazy.. with itches and feelies.
So I would guess she is just a ear canal aware person?
Perhaps using an earbud with a rubber insert? rather than the earpiece just resting in the ear canal?
