EISA is European not US

EISA is based in Europe, but the E stands for "Expert" (true, it used to stand for "European," but it doesn't anymore.). EISA member publications are found in Europe, the US, Canada, Asia, and Australia. Hope I haven't left anybody out. It is true that it is a very international publication; it's choices tend to be those available internationally.
