Hi,
Unless Micheal Fremer has some listening room where you have to dress up in a haz/mat suit I think he should of addressed the new Rega 10's dust cover.
There is no way that cover will protect against dust. Having a cat with asthma and forced hot air for heat has forced me to become familiar with dust.
When I took a shower this morning I noticed a new Dial bar of soap. They streamlined it, etched a large logo, and curved the bar to save product and minimize cost. Half the soap was gone before I could use it.Rega, the bar of soap reminded me of your new dust cover. The idea is worse than putting a headphone jack on your turntable base.
Take care and if you have a McIntosh MA353 Integrated, page 63, don't run it in a salt room...it could be the pits!...Mark Korda
