Maria is a one dimensional basher who can't move, has no volley, or transition game. Glad she lost!
Roger simply did not have to deal with the level of play that Tsonga, Djokovic, Nadal, and Murray are displaying today back in 2005 or 2006.
He has stuck to his 90 sq in racket, which is a silly move, and he has not tried to finish more points inside the service line consistently. His second server is also very attackable now.
I was devastated when Borg lost to McEnroe in 81. Still have not recovered!
