A fine and classy blog entry. Thank you for putting together.

I am very glad you took the thread for what it was, a lighthearted jab.

Truthfully, your column brought me back about 15 years ago when I was in my 20s and I had a small bachelor pad with an NAD integrated, some nice bookshelf speakers, a Sony 5 disc carousel, and Radio Shack cables.

I have been waiting for Stereophile to bring into the fold some diversity. Reading equipment reviews and editorials by old guys gets a little stale. Your column is a true breath of fresh air.

And, you are a better man than I! When I was single and surrounded by such a bevy of beauties, in my greed and lecherousness, I could never have kept them as such long term quality friends as you have.
