The large PS caps of, in this case, 36000uf have a build tolerance of +-20%, typically.
Even a higher spec and more $$$ 10% cap could possibly actually be lower in value than the smaller 'value' which replaced it.
I'd make sure the NEW caps were 105c rated IF the origianls were so spec'd while if they were 85c rated, than THAT would have probably been OK, as well.
