I'm at the age where a 100f hike would probably hospitalize me.
Please bring PLENTY of water and keep hydrated!
Even here in SoCal, during the heat of summer, I confine most of my 'hiking' to simple 3 to 6 mile walks starting at sunset. At least at that time it is cooling and I can walk on the shadey side of the street.
