Neil... I'm thinking you might be right. I can see spending a lot on new equipment and still not being satisfied. Seeing those foot and a half tall monitors under that 14' ceiling is discouraging.
Fortunately my original Quads have always taken extremely well to that room, so perhaps I'll put away the Merlins for a while.
