Can anyone provide basic guidance on how to operate a Miconta multimeter?

So far, I set the multimeter to DC A 500m? I selected this because I am trying to bias the amp to 230 ma and I don't see anything else similar? Any suggestions?

Also how do I test that the device is calibrated? there is "wheel" for adjustment.
