It shows the first version of the IVa, the one that came with the thin ribbon foil (3 Ohm). As this often broke, it was replaced with a thicker ribbon (2 Ohm) and you had to insert a resistor to decrease the level.
The Mylar/diaphragm of the midrange driver use to lift from the double sided tape. If that happens, that reduces the sound quality of the driver. You can modify the midrange driver with foil conductors from the midrange of the MG-20 series. Same impedance but a slight reduction of output.
