Wellllll not necessarily true, although no speaker company is perfect, I've seen 1st owners here who've had issues with their brand new panels including loose with loose solder joints and (believe it or not) delam!(someone's brand new 1.7 had delam issues- which was really surprising since those are supposedly using the new adhesive) and those few having the 'listing' sound issues.

NOT suggesting the OP falls into this category, and I trulyhope it's just something minor.
