Load Benz Micro M0.9 MC cartridge

Technicals specifications recommended loading 200-47000 Ohm. If loading with 200 or 47 kOhm the results are very diferent. The turntable-tonearm arrengement require careful ajustment (pivots damping oil). I need to know the best cartridge load for get a best system adjustment.
Please, can you indicate the best load for my M0.9 (0,9 mV output).
-pre: Jeff Rowland coherence one (gain 45-47 dB or 60-61 dB for phono stage)

HI Emili - I didn't want you to think we were all ignoring your post. I believe you will want to use the lower gain setting on the Rowland because of the relatively high output of the Benz. The higher gain setting(60-61 db) is really for lower output MC cartridges. If you do go with the higher gain setting with theis Benz you risk overloading the phono stage of the Rowland (not destructive to the Rowland but sounds poor).

Now as to load character - this is almost a trial and error process. There formulae that can be applied to give you a "textbook" load (I do not know where I put my old reference manuals to be able to give some help here - Werner would probably be of more assistance in this arena). No matter what the textbook says - you may have a different preference. Changing the load on the Rowland is fortunately easy to do.

Isn't the Rowland a great preamp - not at all hard and bright like the vast majority of SS preamps. I own an old Coherence One Series II - that I switch in my main system once in awhile. Best Bass I have ever heard - regardless of cost - nothing has even been close (I just wish it had some of that "tube magic in the mids). Thats is the only thing that keeps me from giving up my old ARC SP-10.

Cheers.

Thanks for your answeer.
I use the trial and error process. My "problem" is I own complex system for adjustment; any variable that I now "a priori" give me valuable information for next proofs.
I own an old Jeff Rowland coherence one serie II. I like the spacius sound too. I only listen vinyl.
I join an Apogee Cliper (now they are correct use) and a Counterpoint SA-20 (also in correct use)
I looked a tube preamp. I liked a Counterpoint SA-5000, I looked for it.
I listened the Jeff Rowland phono stage; I think it is one of the best SS preamp and I bought it a good price.
Ah! it has a excelent control about SA-20+Apogge Caliper.
Best Regards
