 The Stranglers are one my favorite bands.
Amazingly talented musicians.
I saw them live twice and they were among the best shows I've seen.
Their later more mainstream stuff was mostly dreadful.

 I grew up with two older brothers who had a huge influence on my musical tastes. The middle brother was a bit of a Punk and he was the one who turned me on to the Stranglers. We will still play one of their albums way too loudly if we've had a few beers while hanging out.
