A guy asked me to flatten a LP record. I placed it in the Vinyl Flat and then into the Groovy Pouch and then connected it to the mains. I set the selector to medium as usual.
In about half an hour, I noticed that the Groovy Pouch gets heated from one side only and the other side remains cool. I did not notice it before. I switched it off (it got heated up to approx. 32 degrees C and it cooled it down) and removed the record - I wanted to check if I had placed it correctly, and it was correct.
I placed again the Vinyl Flat into the Pouch, and again, the side of the Pouch where it opens (and, accordingly, the respective side of the Vinyl Flat underneath) remains cool.

Last time the Vinyl Flat/Groovy Pouch combo worked flawlessly. Do you gentlemen think it is normal or the Groovy Pouch went out of order on its own? May something is wrong with the heating element?
After40 minutes, the temperature is 42 degrees Centigrade.
