See today's post in www.analogplanet.com for a discussion of some of the most recent D2D releases.

I have just one of those discussion, the Eleanor McEvoy, and can recommend it strongly. (I also recently purchased the D2D Berlin Phil Bruckner 7th that he featured in a previous post).

NOT CHEAP. Elusive disc has the vinyl. I can't find a sample anywhere on the web. Interested, but don't want to spend fifty bucks on a short album without even the smallest sample.

JPC (Germany) has it in stock:- https://www.jpc.de/jpcng/poprock/detail/-/art/eleanor-mcevoy-forgotten-dreams/hnum/9504744

The price, however, is slightly off putting! My last expensive vinyl LP was Jennifer Warnes 'Another Time Another Place' (Impex) which cost 50 Euro, a few weeks ago. Superb album, great pressing, but it was scratched on Track A2, causing more than 14 continuous clicks. Not sure if I'd want to risk another expensive one at this time. I have two of Eleanor's albums on Super Audio CDs but never play them. I'd like to have this one but I don't want to take the risk, just now.

I just played a pretty fine example of a D2D recording of Vivaldi.

I quite enjoyed the reproduction
