Arc was always my favorite solo effort of his. I'd have to check the shelf, but I'm pretty sure I have all his solo efforts. Some better than others, but all of them good.

Been a big fan of his ever since his Butterfield Blues Band days when we were both babies. And my all around, all time, bell-weather, favorite band is/was Traffic.

Now that you've had it a while, still happy with your Jolida?

When the weather heats up, I have to run a window AC unit. It's not ultra loud, but does intrude on my listening. The Jolida has no provision for headphone listening. The Yaqin does.

Winwood was in Spenser Davis Group not Butterfield Blues Band.

Paul Butterfield must have had 4 or more 'bands' backing him thruout his career.

Album 'Better Days'? Band came AFTER 'The Paul Butterfield Blues Band' and included Geoff Muldaur.....sister Maria?

Elvin Bishop and Mike Bloomfield were on the Classic album 'East West'......

Butterfield SEEMS to have had trouble keeping a single group together. But OH! The Music!

Right you are, however. No Winwood! I remember Winwood from 'Traffic'.....
Too much is never enough

Thank you for correcting me. I had one of those senior moments.

A real senior moment is not remembering Winwood's name. You are safe.

Can anyone explain what the lyrics of "Arc of a Diver" are about?

I don't think I will ever forget Pete Windwood's name. He made Blind Faith the super band it was.
