What he plays (& writes) fascinates me more than how he plays, though that is pretty sick too!

 Hi,

I was lucky to hear Allan play at least a dozen times. I had a personal encounter with him way back in 1982 which I wrote up in my personal blog. It might be of interest to some.

Long live his music.
