I just happen to have two Dale PH-100 (100 watt) power resistors in 9 ohm value. There is almost no chance these are anything but wirewound and they probably are inductive. Is it possible to use these as dummy loads for an amplifier under test? Advisable? What are the downsides of using an inductive wirewound? Any help appreciated. Thanks, John |
