  I recently picked up several months ago a pair of Pioneer CS J 525 Speakers, which I repositioned the damping material and replaced the Cone Tweeters with some Silk Dome Tweeters. What an improvement that made to those Speakers! They sounded quite good as well with my Pioneer SA 600 Stereo Amp! Has a nice 3 way crossover Network compared to just a cap or 2!Only thing left that I want to do with theses speakers from 1990 is to add Speaker Gasket Tape to the Speakers. I hope that may improve the sound just a bit more! I do have the grills for them & they are in good shape as well !
