Some kind of dual-section cap I think?. Electrolytic?.

are they enclosed in a cardboard-like covering? If so, I seem to recall they were electrolytic.

The cap for the midrange is 8µF, the cap for the tweeter is 3µF.

of course the l pads are in the circuit. Same as 4311B.
