hi just a heads up in the past i have either sent my drivers out to have the surrounds redone this is fine for American drivers but for those old vifas and seas etc i was never satisfied with the us foam mostly they were thick and did not have the inner curve contour to seal tightly and the results besides extra glue was some drivers loosing some upper midbass and in some cases the f3 went up by 5 hz etc sure they were ok for restoration or resales etc
but i want it to sound as close to the original so i finally risked buying some from these guys in the Netherlands ,i have used their product before as a friend wanted me to reform his old brauns
so i reformed my snell e111 and have been listening for 2 days and very satisfied ,while these are not my cup of tea speakers i can see why they are so loved
from some of the other audio sites they claim to have access to original equipment for surround manufacture but i cannot verify ,just a happy customer
happy new vintage year
