I'm thinking about buyingbuying a Mitsubishi Amp and Preamp Model DA A10 and DA P10. From what I have found online they seem like they might be kind of nice to have . 135 wpc into 4 ohms , dual mono , Certainly an interesting looking amp. does anyone have any experience with these ? or know anything about them ? I was considering using them with a pair of MMG's and the price seems pretty good to me .

He used to be on this forum but now I see his signature more on AK. I think he bought Mitsubishi once but if memory is correct, he didn't have them too long.

I don't know if my experience is helpful but this is a rock solid second system in my listneing room. A slight bit of transformer hum from the amp but it doesn't get into the music reproduction chain. The tuner is great, totally blows away anything else I own for FM listening.

I have the smaller amp with that Pre-amp-
Bought them when I was in college and have used them on & off for the past 30 years-
They are nice - not Amazing but nice-

Lots of power and always engaging

the tuner was great-
The folks I bought them from had been using them to drive Celestan SL-6000 - they 'upgraded' to Pereaux
Happy Listening
