I have a small issue with my Sublime Acoustic K231 active crossover... there is a faint buzz in the (very high sensitivity, 105dB average) speakers. The buzzing gets worse if I touch the active crossover's case, or if I touch the power cable. I had the same issue with the previous power cable.
Where does this come from? There is a ground connector on the back of the crossover, would this help, and what should I connect it with?.. thanks

You MAY want to start simple?
Buy some Belden 14x3 SHIELDED power cable and make up a new cord.
Ground the SHIELD at the wall end only......not at the device which will continue to use the 3 normal wires....

Do you have a meter? Measure from CASE to outlet ground......or between THIS and another component.

Take a piece of wire and attach one end to the ground connector of crossover. Then take the other end of the wire and try touching other components' case (or ground pin of RCA connector, etc), starting with components just ahead of crossover (DAC?) and/or after crossover(amps). One configuration will likely get rid of buzz. Then you use a case screw to attach the wire.

I'd personally start with a meter to see if your good idea had some legs.....

Another thing which just occurred.....and is a LONG shot? A hot - neutral reverse on the crossover.
but that's a REAL longshot.....

First things first. The outlet needs to be checked for proper wiring. Sometimes the ground and neutral wires are reversed either at the outlet or more commonly on the circuit panel. While both should be at 0 V, the neutral carries a current but the ground should never have a current. You can get a circuit tester at HD or Lowes for about $10.
