How long does a Russian PIO cap to break-in?

It sounds like, after reaching an ideal equilibrium last week, the sound of my system is becoming somewhat hard and agressive. I've installed the new K40y9 on the 10th of February, and they've had only a few hours casual listening per day, I didn't use any "burn in strategy" per se. Is it possible than those caps are still burnin-in (I guess so) and that this forceful treble comes from that (I would expect burnin caps to become overly dull for a while, not overly bright)?
