Dynaco FM3 - pop, and loss of sensitivity - repair suggestions

As the title says, I've had a well taken care of FM-3 in the system for a few months. Thought I heard a muted "pop" when in another room the other day, and station became very noisy. I've subsequently found that the tuning range for a quiet signal is almost impossible narrow (it was not great to begin with). I figure either a tube went bad (but which one?) or more likely a capacitor went somewhere in the circuit. I don't have the schematic. Any suggestions, either DIY or via good Dynaco FM3 repair guy somewhere in New England (I'm in Western Mass).

You will see a chart of voltage test points listed. Use your multi-meter to check those voltages. In all likelihood you will be able to isolate the problem to one section so you know which tube or cap to replace. Link below:
