Around 30 years ago I installed a Radio Shack TV / FM antenna inside our attic. It provides very good signals for FM (Chicago area, WFMT and WDCB almost exclusively) and television. It has a 300 to 75 ohm transformer feeding a splitter with 3 lines going into the house. All connections were treated with Caig 'Deoxit' D100L at time of installation then again about 10 years ago. As the antenna is inside the attic, it is not exposed to the elements, rain ice etc except for temperature and humidity fluctuations. Any perspectives on how well the connections would be protected from oxidation etc? I could climb up there to service it once more if necessary, but that means an unpleasant wade through 3 feet of fiberglass insulation not to mention dust.
