I just bought this tester and the "setup" setting for the 6SN7 tubes show 2 different settings and I was wondering why and which one I should use?

That's a nice tester. I had a TC162 before my Hickok. The Sencore doesn't measure gm, but it has a very sensitive grid emission test. There were several times it detected a slightly gassy tube that the Hickok couldn't see. In retrospect, I should have kept both testers.

As pointed out, there are two triodes inside that bottle. The different settings are to allow testing each of the triode sections.
