Hi guys,
I decided the other day that I'm gonna try to sell my gemini mic.
The chinese tubes have been replaced with these tubes.
They are not NOS, but rather old and used tubes pulled from old equipment.

So before I sell this mic, I want to check with you experts so that I don't make a huge mistake.

What do you think they are worth?

Try it out?
I've been using these old tubes in my mic for a year now. They work perfectly and sound great :)

To clearify:
How much would i get if i sold them separate to the mic.

They are not new. The only way to give a fair estimate is to test them and note their values in a tube tester.

Do you have access to one of those?

For the tube you show, you'll see that prices are all over the map. Some people will pay this much, others that much. Your task is to do a bit of research to help you determine who is going to be your audience. Everyone? Just a select crowd? This group who pay this price, or that group who pay that price? Which price or price range would you be happy with? That counts too. Start low and let the market dictate?....or start higher based on your needs or desires?

It also helps to know more about the individual tube. What variety is it? What are its test like?

Those are great tubes. You going to sell them with the unit or separate?

Tube tester is the way to go.

A seller only needs to research eBay to determine what something like this is worth. This guy registered the same day he posted. He's not a legitimate contributor to the forum, just a trader passing by.

Thanks for all the replies!
I'm currently checking if anyone in my town has a tubetester.
If not, i'll buy one.

Well, does it matter if i registered today?
You can't possibly know what my intentions are.

I have a ton of tubes that i'm just beginning to explore.
