Software: Distortion in Small Signal Triodes?

Is software available that allows a user to analyze distortion levels in various small triodes (12AX7, 6SN7, etc.)? I can do this in SPICE, but I'm not convinced the tube models are sufficiently sophisticated to produce accurate results. What I'm most interested in is comparing self-biased stages with and without cathode bypassing.
