Here is a link to Youtube that shows how to loosen up the needles without loosen up the screw. You use a soldering iron on the screw and and you will see the needle/meter start to move and go back to zero like normal. The meters work just like new. Use low heat, that show be good enough to loosen the meter/needle up. Hope this helps!
