Please ID the tape heads of my Revox B-710 MK II cassette recorder? Its modification has Dolby B only.

believe that Revox/Studer made their own heads - at least for their reel machines. You'll have to obtain and look in the service manual to find out. Then good luck in finding a replacement.

The B710 MKII used Sony heads and the B215 uses sendust-and-ferrite heads made by Canon.

Only the Revox/Studer reel-to-reel heads were manufactured by Studer in-house.

As a confirmation, I received an answer from another forum suggesting that the head shown in my photo looks like Sony F&F head.
