I just picked up a sony TC-366 that appears to be in nice shape. It does need a new counter belt, but seems okay other than that. I have attempted to take the front cover off the unit to lubricate the unit and to replace the counter belt. I'm almost there, but I cannot figure out the proper way to take off the knob on the Lock lever. I have tried to pry it up and off the shaft with a pair of screwdrivers, and I have attempted to unscrew it, assuming that there is a thread. However, the knob isn't budging either way. My question, is how does one take this knob off? How is it attached to he lever? The manual and diagrams are not very enlightening as they don't show enough detail about the level knob and lever to have any confidence in any way of taking it off. Thanks. Gerald Gerald
