RAHE yes, PH and T2 no... Only because the moderators at RAHE are so inconsistent, they'll deem a personal attack as perfectly OK, but a defense (defence?) in response to that attack as "inflammatory."

That happens here quite often.

What got me about r.a.h-e. was their quote-to-reply ratio.

If you quoted three or four lines of text, and your reply was only one line, it'd get bounced, expecting you to either be overly verbose or to quote so little text it's not clear what the person being quoted is saying.
