I acquired a pair of speakers yesterday branded Infinite Slope. Research online gives no indication of what these are. What they are NOT are .6's (I've owned those and these are a third the size of those speakers), Model 1s (which I still own) and Model 2s (which I still own). These speakers are 18" tall, and 11" wide.

There is no evidence of the gold Infinite Slope sticker ever having been on here but the cabinet construction and rounding of the corners matches my Model 2a and the drivers and the rear basket look correct. They sound quite sweet actually.

Any ideas at all? I understand that JSE did a few one-offs over the years (including a subwoofer I saw online) but those were not well documented. Anyone have a clue?

Thank you for this. What is the Orion site you referenced? Is it a speaker database of some kind? I also have learned that Infinite Slope sold a surround sound system at one time with the Model 4s as the fronts and a pair of surround speakers. A friend-of-a-friend owns one of those and we are waiting to get some photos of them.

Lists lots of audio gear if you have the audio one. They did others, too. Bay has different versions if you want to see what I'm talking about.

Blue Book like the name implies, list prices and trade-in/used selling prices. Good way for dealers to make markup on used gear. Those values are very low even when the book was new. Today good for who made what/when and MSRP knowing is advance it has errors.

Thank you so much for this. I had no idea such a thing was published. I am looking on eBay and see the various versions. I will poke around there. I appreciate the help. Have a great day.
