Not sure if they made the drivers, though.

Built and sold for your own driver installation.

looks like it should be a container for grandma's ashes.

I saw one of these for sale at a flea market a couple of years ago., posted on July 10, 2020 at 10:13:24

Dude had it in the bed of a pickup truck and it was hooked up to something so you could hear it play.
Didn't sound all that good.

The blissful counterstroke-a considerable new message.

I know I am in the minority here but I find this more attractive than a lot of the Wilson speakers.

Which I am, they would appeal to you... Though I can't imagine that they would sound very good because of the shape of the opening. The Wilson speakers I agree with you... with the exception of one or possibly two models they are ugly. I don't care what they sound like... I wouldn't have them on just their looks alone...

Well, the Karlson seems well intentioned whereas Wilson are generally uber pretentious.... , posted on July 14, 2020 at 14:53:01

the only thing they have in common is music reproduction.

Visually I'd prefer to live with the Karlson, musically some smaller Wilsons.

The swept gap in the front is meant to prevent it having a resonance at any one frequency.

I've read a lot of claims about how great their bass is, but never heard one.

That's a Hemholtz resonator design. Early Leslie? - Dunno for sure.

OK, maybe not everywhere, but around...

First they came for the dumb-asses
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a dumb-ass

I'm fairly certain Kal's 'Nope' referred to the driver, not the cab.

I thought the twin paraboloid shapes were for improving the bass. But to me they look very irritating. If I am forced to own one, I will cover it up.
