Clements ribbon tweeters diaphragms

 Hallo, I write from Italy.I have a old pair of Clements RB 6.5 mark II speakers. I would need to replace the diaphragms of the tweeters.(7 inch kapton ribbon) The winding(coil)is interrupted in some places and I have found a video showing how to replace. Does anybody know how can I find spare parts? Otherwise how to contact the engineer Phil Clements? Maybe I can make the diaphragms (I can draw with autocad the new diaphragms) but I don't know how to find the necessary materials((25
