But it does not at all affect the excellent way they SOUND!

Which is excellent! :-) And with 113dB sensitivity, I only put a watt or so into them, and WOW! :-) I tell my housemates you could power them with your iPhione and shake the house! My Mcintosh MC2105's 105wpc gives me TONS of overpower headroom, resulting in ultraLOW distortion! :-)

They are not in the best of shape cabinetwise, but they sound fantastic! And I replaced their "balancing network"s and tweeters with Bob Crites' replacements! :-)

John, I have owned Klipschorns and enjoyed them immensely. If memory serves me correctly their sensitivity is 105/dB @ 1w/1m.
I dream of an America where a chicken can cross the road without having it's motives questioned.
