I'm considering getting an amp from this guy. He's got some cool website and seems to have good quality amps. The prices looks to be reasonable. Any of you guys have experience with this gentleman? Thanks 😀

Looks like an "international transaction too good to be true" situation.

I think you can guess the track record for those...

Remember, "mailorder" transaction laws are - practically speaking - UNENFORCEABLE across international borders.

You have been warned...

Hello,

I have bought Tango transformers from him more than once and all transactions went fine.

Best regards,
Tubecase.

By the way, Ken is also regular selling Tango transformers on Ebay.com under the name: 'otomon_laboratory'.
You can look at the feedback he has got there.

Best regards,
Tubecase

Most/All of them are DIY AMPS with quality iron. Japanese tube DIY stage is old and there must be hundreds of home made amps in circulation. And like with all DIY creations one is lucky to get the parts worth back in a case of a sale.
Ken is a good guy. Most Japanese in this biz are "straight shooters".
