Bad English, "Straight To Your Heart"

 30 years ago, I (temporarily) had to say goodbye to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and move into a college apartment. And one of the first things I did was make the short walk across the parking lot, and go to UCSC's on-campus radio station, KZSC. You see, they made available trays full of CDs they were not going to play. I bought a radio promo CD single of Bad English's "Straight To Your Heart." When I brought it back to the apartment, my housemates and guests thought that "Straight To Your Heart" rocked. But the next weekend, when I went home to fetch more belongings, I met up with my ex-girlfriend, KJ, and gave her the CD single. She liked "Straight To Your Heart," but still preferred Bad English's power ballad, "Price Of Love." I haven't seen that CD single since, but friends still rock out to "Straight To Your Heart." -Lummy The Loch Monster
