 Without writing "Dear" or "Hello," an Inmate emailed, "I'm still pissed." He pointed out that, 40 years ago, Steve Winwood had a new album, Arc Of A Diver. The Inmate complained that, in all these years, "Spanish Dancer," one of his (and fans') favorites, was never released as a single. Thus, relatively few people know about it. Only good DJs/radio stations air it. "This thing's got mood," wrote the Inmate. "I don't think it's for large crowds. So it should be just right for the lone audiophile.
