Bob Seger on the services?

I've been making playlists of the top 1043 (from classic rock 104.3 in NYC) rock songs of all time, and the one artist that isn't on Qobuz is Bob Seger. Everybody else is, and I mean everybody. Does anybody know why his music is unavailable? Is he just an ornery sort that doesn't want it on there? Is he even alive? Was there a dispute? Is he on other services? Just curious really. I like his music well enough but I don't miss it on my playlists.
