"CATS = SUCKS" When my girlfriend ACS was in undergrad, that's what she titled her review of the musical, Cats. Just like the rest of our schoolmates, we felt that Cats was not just overrated, it was terrible. So let's back up to 1985, when Miami Sound Machine came out with the video for "Bad Boy." Viewers wondered why they would want to style the video after Cats. Consequently, that music video was made fun of, and bombed. Miami Sound Machine even came out with an alternate video. Who knows? Maybe the stink and stigma of the Cats-based video caused radio stations to treat the song "Bad Boy" like cat poop. Certainly, Bay Area stations here hardly ever play it. But then again, ACS and even my wife have stated that the "Bad Boy" video is better than Cats itself. -Lummy The Loch Monster
