Just so y'all you know who you are dealing with..... I purchased a cable from him. New Zealand to US shipping. Weeks go by and no cable. Emailed his lovely bride several times to see if she could trace. No luck. I'm screwed. Expensive cable and I'm out of luck. She emailed 3 weeks later and informs me they are shipping another at no cost to me. Turns out that I gave them incomplete shipping info. Good news is that USPS returned original package and I received the second shipment. I was willing to pay for second shipment but that is immaterial. Great folks. Will
